Shadow Work Coaching for Individuals struggling with Bipolar Disorder
Individuals struggling with unmanageable mental health condition of diagnoised Bipolar disorder are provided with shadow work coaching for the very transformation they require — turning their challenges into unique strength and power. The shadow work expert ensures this transformation happens with utmost ease in a safe environment.
📋 Conditions
- Must consult a psychiatrist before signing up and be on recommended medication for at least 1 year or more.
- Doctor's prescription & medication history must be submitted after the discovery call and at least 7 days prior to the 1st session.
- Individually drafted contract must be agreed and signed.
- Written consent of family is mandatory before starting the contract.
💰 Sessions & Fees
- Introduction Webinar: Rs.199/- on Zoom.
- Discovery Call: 30 mins at Rs.999/- (Refundable if not selected or adjusted in future payments).
- 1st Session: 90 minutes — Free of cost for selected individuals.
- 2nd, 3rd & 4th Sessions: Each 90 mins at Rs.9999/- (Advance payment, non-refundable).
- Follow-ups: 3 months’ gap allowed with max 3 free 15-min calls (at least 15 days apart).
- 4th & onward sessions: Rs.889/- each.
💳 Payment & Rescheduling Policy
- All payments to be made in advance.
- No refund if a session is missed.
- Rescheduling allowed only if requested at least 24 hours prior.
📝 Assignments & Penalty
Individually curated guided meditations, video lessons, self-evaluation sheets,
personal trackers, pattern logs, journal entries, free-flow art assignments,
exposure tasks, and challenge tasks must be completed and submitted on time.
Penalty:
Rs.500/- for each missed assignment. Added to next session fee & payable before
attending the next session. No concessions on penalties or prices.
